Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • We offer shipping through UPS and USPS, with rates calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.

Christmas Shipping Deadlines

To ensure delivery before Christmas, we recommend placing orders by the following deadlines:

  • Standard Shipping: December 10th
  • Expedited Shipping: December 15th

Orders placed after these dates may not arrive before Christmas.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at hello@madisonvillechristmas.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.

Returns & Shipping Responsibility

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the return is due to a Madisonville Christmas Company error.
  • We recommend using UPS or a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost shipments.
