A full house at The Shed for John Mark's design demonstration during the 2026 Madisonville Open House

Madisonville Open House 2026: John Mark, Santa & a Full House

Thank you, Texas! On Saturday, September 19, you filled our Madisonville flagship for the 2026 Open House, and it was one for the books.

John Mark at The Shed

More than 150 of you pulled up a chair at The Shed for holiday designer John Mark of John Mark Enterprises. He built bows right in front of you, shared the techniques and styling ideas he uses to create elevated Christmas spaces, then stayed to visit, answer questions and take pictures.

Santa & Mrs. Claus

Santa and Mrs. Claus spent the afternoon greeting families and posing for plenty of pictures, the very first Santa visit of our season.

A first look at the season

Inside, the trees were trimmed, the ribbon wall was stocked and the season's newest collections were out for the very first time. Went home with a phone full of ideas? Our design team can help you turn them into a tree, a wreath or a whole mantel that looks like you.

“Opening our doors for this event is one of our favorite ways to begin the season because people aren’t simply coming in to shop — they’re coming to experience Christmas.”Ashley Rentz, Co-Founder
